Our combined 60 plus years’ agency experience is also key in our involvement in advising on all aspects of the industrial market, from single unit developments to multi-let estates.

We understand the needs and requirements of modern day occupiers, and act on behalf of UK and overseas investors, funds, property companies, family trusts and both leasehold and freehold occupiers.


In addition to our business space activities, we regularly become involved in the acquisition and disposal of land for commercial, residential, leisure and other uses.

We identify opportunities where permitted development rights can be exercised, and seek to specialise in off-market situations where our knowledge of ownerships, tenancy details and extensive market contacts can be utilised.


We are the retained agents for Travelodge Hotels Ltd covering West London, where we deal with the acquisition of land (with or without planning consent) for hotel use, together with existing buildings capable of refurbishment or redevelopment into hotel accommodation.

We understand what constitutes a potential hotel site, and how to put a scheme into operation, from site finding through to a completed hotel, and as such can provide quick and reliable comprehensive advice with viability studies.


In addition to our commercial agency activities we regularly act on behalf of private and Institutional owners and occupiers with lease renewals and rent reviews over offices, industrial and land, often taking matters through to third party determination where necessary.

We are chartered surveyors and longstanding members of the RICS.


    Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984, having joined Edwin Hill & Partners two years prior, in the commercial agency division. Became an equity partner in Edwin Hill in 1993, and in the same year, along with Andy Cole, set up the West M25 / Thames Valley office.

    In 2007 Edwin Hill was acquired by the Altus Group of Canada. Damian has been continuously involved in the decentralised commercial property market, specialising in business space, and has advised an extensive range of owner and occupier clients.


    Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1983, with City of London agents Dron & Wright.

    Ran Fisher Bell as sole proprietor prior to joining Edwin Hill in 1993, and set up the Edwin Hill Heathrow office with Damian, dealing with investment, development and asset management throughout the South East.

    Andy is an RICS Registered Valuer and has represented a wide spectrum of property owners, developers and investors.
